Toolbox Composition

This project was initiated with the concept of populating an old toolbox with a variety of tools, each of which I had meticulously rendered in a previous project. To create a composition, I utilized these carpentry tools and a wooden toolbox, both of which were modelled in Maya and textured in Photoshop. This combination allowed me to bring my vision to life in a detailed and realistic manner. The process of envisioning compositions propelled the project forward, involving decisions about the optimal camera angle and the environment surrounding the toolbox. I aimed to create a scene that evoked a sense of abandonment, as if the tools were left behind in an empty workspace or a dark, closed room. The development of the look is a crucial task in creating an environment for the composition. In this regard, my mentor, Supriyo Sir, provided invaluable assistance. During this process, I discovered the software Nuke, which I found immensely enjoyable for creating my entire composition. The lighting setup was executed in Maya, contributing significantly to the realism of the scene. I utilized three to four tools from Bridge to embellish the entire composition, adding depth and detail to the scene. I am deeply grateful to my mentor, Supriyo Sir from Mayakul Academy,
